October 18th Storms.
Really? Yeah man, we had some killer storms last night. To me it was sort of unexpected but there were plenty of folks watching the skies last night. Frank hollered at Stacy and I, He had scoped them out on the way home from Tulsa. Man I am glad he called, I got lots of good shots. Too many to choose just one for use on my 365 page. So…here they are in all their glory.
Falconry
Today I got a very special treat, I met a couple of really cool guys out at the airport hunting rabbits with raptors. One had a Harris Hawk and the other had a Redtail Hawk, both were beautiful animals, it was quite a sight to see. I hope they come back soon and often. Thanks guys!
The Pitts
Jeff and I both had our Cameras at work today and late this afternoon an aerobatic pilot just so happened to show up and put on an impromptu show for us. Well not really for us but we did get to watch. Here are the pics, enjoy.
